1

Initial call or inquiry

You or a loved one reaches out by phone or online. We listen to what is happening, answer early questions, and make sure you are safe in the moment.
2

Insurance and planning

We verify insurance benefits if you choose, review possible costs, and talk through practical details such as travel, time away from work or school, and any special needs or circumstances.
3

Clinical assessment

A team member gathers more detailed information about your history, current symptoms, and goals. This helps us decide whether our program is an appropriate fit and what level of care you may need.
4

Admission date and arrival

Together we schedule an admission date. When you arrive, staff greet you, guide you through paperwork and orientation, and help you get settled so you can focus on recovery.

What the admissions process looks like

From the first call to the moment you arrive, we move at your pace while making sure you have the information and support you need. We’ll handle the details with you, like timing, what to bring, and how to prepare, so it feels manageable. If you’re calling for someone you love, we can help you understand what options are realistic and what the next step could be.

We work with most Commercial Insurances

PLEASE NOTE: We are not currently contracted with Medicare or Medicaid, however, we can recommend other trusted facilities that can accept that insurance.

Use our secure form to instantly check the coverage offered by your health insurance. You may receive treatment with $0 out-of-pocket costs or at a reduced rate. Note: This soft-pull verification does not impact your insurance.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the admissions process take?
Once you contact us, we move as quickly as is safe and reasonable. Many assessments can be completed within a day or two, and admissions are often scheduled within a short window depending on availability and your needs.
We provide a packing list before your admission date. In general, you will bring comfortable clothing, basic personal items, approved medications, and any important documents. We will let you know which items are not allowed so you can pack with confidence.
During your assessment, we talk about your substance use and medical history to determine whether you need medical detox first. If a higher level of medical care is appropriate, we will help you explore those options before transitioning to our program.
Please bring a current list of your medications. Our clinical team reviews this information, coordinates with prescribers when needed, and works with you to create a safe, appropriate medication plan while you are in treatment.
With your permission, we can communicate with family members, explain what to expect, and answer their questions. We know addiction affects the whole family and we encourage healthy, supportive involvement where appropriate.
Let us know about any responsibilities or court requirements during your assessment. We can provide documentation of treatment when appropriate and help you plan around important dates so you can focus on recovery while honoring your obligations.
